Before we meet, I'll personally review your Wellness Discovery and thoughtfully consider your goals, movement history, health considerations, lifestyle, and the season of life you're currently navigating.

Drawing from my training in Pilates, neuroscience-informed wellness coaching, HeartMath®, the Safe and Sound Protocol® (SSP), mBIT (Multiple Brain Integration Techniques), and integrative wellness, I'll begin creating a personalized starting plan designed specifically for you.

Once I've completed that preparation, we'll meet for approximately 30 minutes by phone or video.
