Order & shipping Policies

Orders cannot be changed, modified, or canceled after checkout has been completed.

Orders with standard shipping will usually be processed and shipped within 2-3 business days. Orders placed with expedited shipping before 12 PM MT will be shipped the same day. Processing and shipping times do not include weekends and holidays, which may delay your order. Other variables out of our control, including inclement weather, may impact shipping times.

You will receive an email containing shipping and tracking information once your order has shipped. If you do not receive the email, please check your junk or spam folders. If you cannot locate the email, send us an email to lisa@outragezyou.com and we will provide you with the shipping information for your order.

If your order has different billing and shipping addresses, we will reach out to you to confirm your order. We do this to minimize fraud and confirm the shipping address. We employ an address verification service in partnership with USPS to automatically verify all addresses. If our automated systems cannot verify your shipping address, we will contact you to verify it. Both situations may delay the processing and shipping times for your order if we cannot reach you before shipping.

If we receive a package back from the shipping carrier due to the undeliverable address provided, you are responsible for contacting us and paying the full shipping cost for your item to be reshipped. For any returns on that order, we are unable to refund the cost originally paid for shipping.

Standard Shipping:

Customers are eligible for free standard shipping on all orders over $200.00 within the continental USA. We now offer shipping to Canada as well. The USPS shipping timeframe for Canada is 7-21 business days, excluding all holidays and weekends.

Orders shipped via standard shipping will undergo processing and shipping promptly, and customers can expect to receive them within 3-10 business days. For orders under $200, the cost for standard shipping is $10.95.

Expedited Shipping:

We provide the option for expedited shipping for all orders within the United States. Customers may opt to pay an additional $15 at checkout for this service. Expedited orders are expected to arrive within 2-3 business days after shipment. Please note that the shipping time is estimated from the moment the order leaves our warehouse, not from the time of purchase.

While we offer estimated delivery times, we cannot guarantee that orders will arrive within those specified timeframes. Most orders are processed and shipped within 24 hours. Please be aware that we do not ship on weekends and holidays, which may result in delays in processing and shipping. Additionally, shipping and handling delays, although rare, may also affect the delivery of your order.

Tracking Information

If your order ships, we’ll send you a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number. While our automated system provides updates, for precise tracking, we recommend using the courier’s website. Please note that all orders will require an adult signature upon delivery.

Missing or Stolen Packages: What to Do

If your package shows as delivered but is missing, report it to us within 2 days. We’ll launch an inquiry with the carrier to locate it. If the carrier confirms the loss, we’ll reship your order at no charge, subject to stock availability. We’re not liable for packages delivered to an incorrect address due to an inaccurate or incomplete shipping address provided by the customer.
