Studio and Personal Sessions Policy
At OutRagezYou, we strive to create a welcoming and safe environment for all our clients. Here are some important policies to ensure a positive experience for everyone:
- Advance Payment: All sessions must be paid for at least 24 hours in advance to secure your spot.
- Cancellation Policy: We understand that plans can change. If you need to reschedule, please provide at least 24 hours notice.
- Cancellation Fee: In the event of a cancellation within 12 hours of your session, a $35 fee will be applied.
- Refund Policy: Unfortunately, we are unable to offer refunds for cancellations made less than 12 hours before the session.
- Safety Measures: For your safety, all clients are required to wear grip socks during studio sessions. These are available for purchase at the studio or can be conveniently shipped to you.
- Sanitization: We take cleanliness seriously. To ensure the health and well-being of our clients, we allow 10 minutes between sessions for equipment disinfection.
- Children Policy: We welcome children to join our sessions. While they are encouraged to sit quietly on a mat, we understand they may need some entertainment. Feel free to bring along books or games to keep them occupied.
