Studio and Personal Sessions Policy

At OutRagezYou, we strive to create a welcoming and safe environment for all our clients. Here are some important policies to ensure a positive experience for everyone:

  1. Advance Payment: All sessions must be paid for at least 24 hours in advance to secure your spot.
  2. Cancellation Policy: We understand that plans can change. If you need to reschedule, please provide at least 24 hours notice.
  3. Cancellation Fee: In the event of a cancellation within 12 hours of your session, a $35 fee will be applied.
  4. Refund Policy: Unfortunately, we are unable to offer refunds for cancellations made less than 12 hours before the session.
  5. Safety Measures: For your safety, all clients are required to wear grip socks during studio sessions. These are available for purchase at the studio or can be conveniently shipped to you.
  6. Sanitization: We take cleanliness seriously. To ensure the health and well-being of our clients, we allow 10 minutes between sessions for equipment disinfection.
  7. Children Policy: We welcome children to join our sessions. While they are encouraged to sit quietly on a mat, we understand they may need some entertainment. Feel free to bring along books or games to keep them occupied.
